While they are not suitable for low slope applications, they can be used in conjunction rubber membrane underlayments on lower slopes and in problem areas. Shingles come with manufacturer’s warranties varying from 20 years on basic shingles to limited lifetime warranties on higher end shingles when installed by a certified installer.
